Bomber’s Philosophy

A horse is an animal of flight, it will not yield to pressure or pain, but rather run away.

For riders to obtain control, resistance needs to be removed. To remove resistance, one must remove the pressure or distribute the pressure over a larger surface area.

Bombers aim is to educate riders and trainers to put the horses’ interest first, by doing this and ensuring the horse is comfortable with the pressure applied it will result in the horse being more co-operative and willing.

Traditional ways of bitting lean towards adding pressure when a horse has negative reactions, at Bombers we believe that removing as much pressure as possible or distributing pressure where the horse accepts it, will allow the horse to be comfortable, resulting in less resistance and more control for the rider.

Reminder: Happy horse = Happy rider
